Women, Work, and Wellness

The pandemic has caused many to reevaluate their lives through a more holistic lens including the intersection between work and wellness. Particularly for women, the past 18 months have been difficult and women’s workforce participation is now at the lowest levels in three decades.

As we all continue to move towards recovery, the question now is: how do we, as individuals or businesses, navigate the next phase of the return to work and life? and more importantly, how do we support women through the process?

During this hour, you’ll learn from our expert team of panelists about:

    • how we can better support women during this transition period;
    • what considerations can workplaces make/are making to provide support to women in a more holistic sense; and
    • as individuals, what we can each do to make sure that we’re taking care of ourselves, both from a wellness and an employment perspective.

This is a discussion that you don’t want to miss!
