Medical Herstory is pleased to present Decolonizing Medicine: Indigenous Perspectives on Gender and Health Equity on July 31st at 1PM to 2:30PM (EST). This interactive event is focused on gender disparities within Indigenous Health – helping to bring to light the pervasive medical inequities and barriers to healthcare Indigenous peoples face across North America.

During the event, you will hear from numerous Indigenous elders, community leaders, advocates, and activists on their experiences in navigating health care and the path forward as we work towards a decolonized system that incorporates tradition into treatment.
