Vote 16 Ottawa Summit

Democracies across the globe are lowering the voting age to 16. It’s a gesture of confidence in our youth, an expansion of deserved rights, and an investment in creating positive habits of political participation at an earlier age. Canada: It’s our turn.

Join us on Parliament Hill for this historic multipartisan gathering!

2pm: The evidence. Data and research, presented by the Samara Centre for Democracy, Apathy is Boring and Professor Jan Eichhorn.

4pm: Activist training and skills workshop. For those who want to be leaders in our movement!

6pm: Dinner reception

7pm: Evening Showcase. This is our main event, a symposium highlighting our supporters from across Canada, along with international guests!
