Together, We Will Win: A Workshop on Campaigning and Messaging in Support of Trans Youth
On April 8th from 3-4:30 EST, join the Canadian Centre for Gender and Sexual Diversity, the Society of Queer Momentum and LeBlanc (& co.) Communications, for a training session “Together, We Will Win: A Workshop on Campaigning and Messaging in Support of Trans Youth”. This workshop will take place in English. The workshop will include:
- Context setting on rising anti-2SLGBTQI+ hate, rhetoric and regression from a national perspective, including recent developments.
- Training on effective public messaging related to queer and trans youth, what to avoid, and how to develop a more impactful campaign message.
- Training on how to manage media, respond to different kinds of questions and maintain your narrative when engaging with journalists across various formats.
