Microaggression & Mental Health

The Microaggressions Workshop will focus on the impacts of microaggressions on the mental health of African, Caribbean and Black individuals. This presentation will also touch on the importance of self-care as well as how to address microaggressions in the workplace. Finally, resources will be shared pertaining to therapy and support groups.
This event is in conjunction with Black Mental Health Week via the Ottawa Black Mental Health Coalition #BMHW2023
