Mental Health & Wellbeing Expressive Art for Women & Femme Survivors

The Intersection of Mental Health, Well-being and Inclusion are important after experiencing any form of violence and exploitation. One can enjoy life to the fullest when they appreciate life and its beauty and take care of themselves. When our minds (and bodies) work together in sync protecting our mental strength, we can ensure a brighter future for ourselves and community.

Managing or recovering from mental health conditions, such as anxiety- or depression-related symptoms, is not always easy. While coping strategies, medications, and therapy can help greatly, it’s important to understand how to prevent mental health relapses.

In these sessions participants will be invited into a deep inquiry about what health means to them and asked to share, altering to be aligned to embody and execute a bigger vision.
