Face of Leadership Inclusive Leadership Forum
Minerva is back during Gender Equality Week (Sept 26th– 28th) with the virtual Face of Leadership Inclusive Leadership Forum as well as a *new* in-person reception on the evening of September 27th.
Designed for leaders at all levels, there will be opportunities to engage, gather inspiration, and learn alongside hundreds of other attendees who are working towards a more equal future.
Attendees of the Inclusive Leadership Forum will get a preview of Minerva’s soon to be released research report, Unobstructed Journeys, which examines barriers women face in the workplace. We are also excited to introduce a series of 2-Minute Talks. These fast-paced sessions will feature five experts who have 120 seconds and one slide to share practical skills and strategies on a set topic.
Here are some of the fantastic sessions:
- How to Future Proof Your Organization by Building Belonging into Your Workplace | Samanta Krisnapillai, Founder, On Canada Project
- Fixing the Broken Rung | Amal Masri, CEO + Founder, #FixTheBrokenRung
- Invisibility at Work: Understanding the Experience of Women of Color in the Workplace | Dr. Barnini Bhattacharyya
- Indigenous Inclusion | Lauren Kelly, Director Sector Transformation, First Nations Technology Council; + Christie Sparklingeyes, Indigenous Recruiter, Vancity
With so much great content being shared during the Forum, we know there will be lively and engaging conversation at the Forum Connect reception as attendees gather to discuss creating more equitable and inclusive workplaces (separate registration required).
