Elevate Girls Leadership Forum

Join us on September 10, 2022 – 9:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. at The Ottawa City Hall – 110 Laurier Ave W, Ottawa, ON K1P 1J1

This a two parts event, girls are invited to attend the full:

Part 1 – Leadership Forum 9:30am – 1pm – 175 girls nominated by leaders, community organizations and businesses will experience leadership workshops and be inspired by speakers. Snacks and lunch will be provided.

Part 2 – Elevate Girls open to public event – We invite leaders, parents, guardians and community builders to join us with girls in their community, family or schools for a great afternoon of activities and inspiring speakers and thought leaders.

Elevate International is delighted to invite young women from the age of 13 to 24 to be a part of the conversations that are shaping the advancement of girls’ leadership in our society today.

We are honoured to host this first annual Elevate Girls Leadership Forum, along with our presenting partner RBC and with the support of the Mayor’s Office.

Investing in girls is one of the most important elements towards achieving equality, global health and economic prosperity. As we know, may young women in our society have tremendous but yet untapped power to change the world.

As a result, Elevate International has made a greater commitment to fully invest in the leadership pipeline in order to continue our mission of advancing gender diversity and economic empowerment in leadership.

Every girl has the right to be in charge of her future and her fate, and we have the collective obligation to protect her rights and promote her well-being.
