Belly Dance for Healing & Wellness – for Women & Femme Survivors
Women and femme identifying survivors of violence and abuse are invited to join us for a series of 5 virtual Belly Dance lessons led by instructor Suzan! Belly Dance has many benefits, including:

- Increasing positive body image & building self esteem
- Getting comfortable with movement
- Reducing social isolation
- Reconnecting with yourself & feeling safe in your body
