Peace and Unity Festival

The Peace and Unity Festival is a free and family-friendly celebration that brings together Edmonton’s beautiful and diverse cultural communities through the arts. The festival will transform a little corner of Edmonton into a carousing, creative, and affirming celebration for everyone, and all are invited!

Join us for performances on the Stories of Resilience and Unity Youth Stage, including dance, song, spoken word, theatre, and an arts showcase! Visit the tipi teachings area to learn more and connect! Participate in crafts and other fun and creative activities! And don’t forget to visit the food vendors to top off your day with deliciousness!

The Peace and Unity Festival is co-organized by the John Humphrey Centre for Peace and Human Rights, Migrante Alberta, and Memoria Viva Society of Edmonton, with support from the Government of Alberta.
