Mindfulness for Women & Femme Survivors of Sexual Trauma
Mindfulness for Women Survivors of Sexual Trauma is a nine-week series. These sessions are designed to help women and femme identifying survivors incorporate mindfulness techniques such as stress reduction and stress management, mindfulness communication and relationship building, identifying and managing triggers, safety planning, and self–care.
First session is happening on January 10, 2024 from 7:00 pm to 8:30 pm.
